Leah WitmondFreelance writerFreelance writer Leah Witmond was born in 1963 in The Hague, the Netherlands. After obtaining her high school diploma she studied psychology at the University of Utrecht. She also spent a few years living abroad, in Twickenham, UK, and Heverlee, Belgium. Leah is married and mother of three daughters. She has been a home educating parent since January 2002. In February 2009, she became an ESL teacher for Bilingual Kids, where she is also involved in the development of educational material. Leah has articles and E-books published on home education, web development and personal finance. Leah's first book, Thuisonderwijs - in Nederland en Vlaanderen (Homeschooling - in the Netherlands and Flanders) will be published in June 2009. When she is not writing articles, Leah likes to work on her short stories, poems and a novel, which will be published next year if all goes according to plan. Leah writes mainly psychological fiction, often with a touch of fantasy, but sometimes likes to try her hand at humour and horror, too.
